At least one person was injured in a cocktail blast in the capital's Moghbazar intersection last night.

The incident took place around 10:00pm on Monday (July 10). 

Hatirjheel Police Station Inspector (Operations) Abdus Kuddus confirmed the matter. 

Police immediately went to the spot and recovered another unexploded cocktail from the area, he said.
 
He also said that investigation is going on in this regard. However, the identity of the injured could not be known.
