Two motorcyclists were killed in a road mishap in Chattogram's Raozan upazila.

The deceased were Joy Chowdhury, 28, an employee of Kaptai Fire Service Station, and his cousin Antu Talukder, 28.

The accident took place at 7 pm on Thursday (July 13) in Boijjakhali Gate area of Urkirchar union of the upazila.

Chattogram Medical Police Outpost Incharge Nurul Alam Ashek, confirmed the matter.

A truck was parked on one side of the road. The two deceased were injured when the moving motorcycle hit the truck from behind.

They later died at Chattogram Medical College Hospital, he added.
