The supply of gas will be suspended for eight hours in some areas of the capital due to gas pipeline replacement on Monday (July 30).

The areas are Bata Signal to Gawsia, Katabon to Science Laboratory intersection on both sides of the road and from Gauchia to Science Laboratory intersection on the east side of the residential area.

The supply will remain suspended from 10:00am to 6:00pm, according to a statement issued by Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company.

Titas authorities, in a press release, apologized to the residents of those areas for the inconvenience.

The consumers in the nearby areas will also experience low pressure in supply, it said.
