The Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) raided a remote hilly area under Kulaura thana of Moulvibazar on Saturday morning.

10 people including six women were detained from the scene. 

Earlier, the members of CTTC cordoned off the den located at Purba Tatriuli village under Karmadha union of the upazila from 8 pm on Friday (August 11). 

KN Niyati Roy, additional deputy commissioner (media) of DMP confirmed this information.

CTTC's SWAT team was conducting the operation called 'Operation Hillside' in the remote hilly area of Kulaura police station in Moulvibazar, said Niyati Roy.
