Twenty-three bags of money were found in eight donation boxes of Kishoreganj's Pagla Mosque on Saturday (August 19) morning.

Deputy Commissioner of Kishoreganj Abul Kalam Azad confirmed the matter. 

Around 200 people including several students of Pagla mosque madrasha and others are involved in the counting.

On May 6, 2023, the donation boxes were opened after four months where a record Tk 5,59,07,689, foreign currency, and gold ornaments were found in 19 bags.

In January, the mosque got over Tk 4 crore.
