BRAHMANBARIA: A train engine derailed in Brahmanbaria as miscreants removed fishplates and nut-bolt of rail line on Friday morning.

Dhaka-bound train communication from Chittagong halted after the accident while no causalities were reported immediately.

Confirming the matter Akhaura railway Thana Officer-in-Charge Saidul Islam told banglanews, “A rescue train has rushed to the spot and it may take three hours to make the train service normal.”
