Khilafat Rabbani Bangladesh and Nezam-e-Islami Party leaders on Thursday (November 30) called on Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

A meeting was held among them on various issues related to the upcoming national elections slated for January 7.

Mufti Faizul Haque Jalalabadi and Maulana Anwarul Huque led their respective parties at the Prime Minister's official residence Ganabhaban in the capital.

Prime Minister's deputy press secretary KM Shakhawat Moon confirmed the matter.

He said the leaders discussed the overall issues of the national elections with the Prime Minister.
