Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am today (December 20). 

According to the bulletin, moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during late night till morning in the next 24 hours.

Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.

Country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 30.8 degrees Celsius at Teknaf while today's minimum temperature 10.1 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.

The sun sets at 5:16pm today and rises at 6: 37am tomorrow in the capital.
