Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country for 24 hours commencing from 9 am today (December 24).

According to the BMD bulletin, moderate to thick fog may occur over the country from today midnight to tomorrow morning.

Night temperature may fall by 1-2 degrees Celsius and day temperature may rise slightly over the country, it added.

Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded 28.4 degrees Celsius at Teknaf while today's minimum temperature 11.1 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.

The sun sets at 5:15 pm today and rises at 6: 36am tomorrow in the capital.
