Metro Rail services resume after two hours

Metro rail services resumed after a disruption of about two hours caused by a power service issue.

Mass Transit Company Ltd (DMTCL) company secretary Mohammad Abdur Rauf said that a technical problem was found in the electric power supply of the Metro Rail at about 7am. For this, the service was suspended for two hours.

From 9:50am, the train movement became normal.

Commuters, specially office goers, suffered immense suffering due to the suspension.
