Asaduzzaman made Attorney General

President Mohammed Shahabuddin has appointed Supreme Court’s senior lawyer Md Asaduzzaman attorney general of the country.

Law Secretary Md Golam Sarwar issued a gazette notification to this effect on Thursday.

The post of attorney general fell vacant after attorney general AM Amin Uddin resigned on Wednesday.
