3 newspapers of Hasina’s press secy shut indefinitely

Three newspapers owned by Nayeemul Islam Khan, press secretary to ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina, have been shut indefinitely.

The offices of the newspapers – Amader Notun Somoy (Our New Time), Dainik Amader Aurthonitee (Daily Our Economy) and Daily Our Time – came under mob attack on Monday night (5 August) hours after Sheikh Hasina fled the country, said Saleh Biplob, executive editor of Amader Notun Somoy, on Friday.
