RAB-3 arrested Inspector Arafat Hossain from Aftabnagar in the capital on Thursday night, who was involved in the burning of dead bodies in front of Ashulia police station on August 5.

RAB informed the development in a press note on Friday morning (September 13).

Earlier, the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police (DB) arrested Abdullahil Kafi, Additional Superintendent of Police (promoted to the post of Super Numerary Police Superintendent) of Dhaka district, from Shahjalal International Airport on September 2 at around 10pm in the same incident.
