The Ministry of Home Affairs announced today (Oct 14) that students and individuals involved in the July-August mass uprising cannot be arrested, harassed, or charged in connection with cases filed during that period.
In a statement released this afternoon to media outlets, the ministry clarified that those who actively participated in the uprising from July 15 to August 8 are protected from legal actions, including arrest and harassment.
Authorities have been instructed to exercise strict vigilance to ensure compliance with this directive.
