Thousands from across the country gathered in Dhaka's Suhrawardy Udyan on Tuesday (November 5) morning to attend a rally organised by Olama Mashayekh Bangladesh.
The event, which began at 9:00 am today, drew a large turnout, including many madrasa students from different districts.
By 9:30 am, crowds extended to nearby areas, including Shahbagh and parts of the Dhaka University campus, leading to severe traffic congestion.
