Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Thusrday (Nov 7) forecasted mainly dry weather for the next 24 hours from 9am today.

According to the met office forecast, weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, it added. 

Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 33.4 degrees Celsius in Jashore and minimum temperature today was 17.6 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.

No rainfall was reported today.

The sun sets at 05:16 PM today and rises at 06:09 AM tomorrow in the capital.
