At least five people lost their lives, and ten others were injured when a speeding bus hit a private car and a motorcycle at the Dhaleshwari Toll Plaza on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway.

The incident occurred on Friday (Decr 27) morning, when the bus lost control over its steering and collided with the vehicles waiting at the toll plaza.

Meanwhile, the injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.

Law enforcement agencies are investigating the matter, while the condition of some injured remains critical.
