DHAKA: Abul Hasan Mahmud Ali, ruling Awami League lawmaker, is going to take oath as foreign minister of the incumbent government.  

President M Abdul Hamid will administer him as the minister on Wednesday.   

A competent source from the ministry confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier Mahmud Ali performed his duty as foreign minister of the polls-time government.

Lawmaker Shahriar Alam is performing duty as state minister of the ministry.
