THAKURGAON: Four Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel injured in clash at Horinmari High School polling centre of Baliadangi upazila of the district on Thursday noon.

However, the BGB and army personnel detained two villagers for their alleged involvement in the clash.

BGB members told banglanews that they locked into an altercation with the villagers who were gathering at the polling centre area.

In a stage, clash broke out between the villagers and army and BGB personnel, leaving four BGB personnel injured.

Thakurgaon-30 BGB Captain Kamal Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
