DHAKA: Robbers looted cash money and gold ornaments from a secretary’s residence in Mohammadpur area of the city early Saturday.

Officer-in-Charge of Mohammadpur Thana Azizul Haque confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He also said a gang of 3/4 robbers entered and looted Tk 16 lakh and around 10 totla gold ornaments from the residence of Mohammad Halim, secretary of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.

Police visited his house and started investigation, OC Azizul Haque added.
