DHAKA: Managing Director Nazrul Islam Bhuiyan and Deputy Managing Director Saiful Islam of Asian Homes Limited were sued for a check fraud allegation filed with Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court.

Metropolitan Magistrate Joynab Begum summoned the high officials of the organization after taking the case into cognizance at 11:00 am Thursday.

The case was filed by M Akter Hossain, head of the Administration and Management of Somoy Multimedia Limited, in a charge of issuing fake check of Tk 76-lakh.

The organization was creditor to the multimedia company for advertising purpose.
