CHITTAGONG: Four persons, including three women, were killed and one hurt as gas cylinder of a microbus blasted on Nazirhat-Kazirhat road in Bhujpur of Fatikchhari in Chittagong on Monday noon.

Three of the deceased were identified as Halima, 70, Purbali, 65 and Parvin, 30.

Witnesses said that cylinder of Kazirhat-bound microbus blasted in Brickfield area, leaving four people dead and one injured.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Sub-Inspector of Bhujpur Thana Mohammad Anwar said, police rushed to the spot after hearing the news.
