Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus met with Buddhist religious leaders and members of the Buddhist Religious Welfare Trust today at the State Guest House Jamuna to mark Buddha Purnima.
Religious Affairs Adviser Dr AFM Khalid Hossain was also present.
Extending warm greetings to the Buddhist community in Bangladesh and worldwide, Yunus said, “The teachings of Lord Buddha on peace, harmony, and unity are more relevant than ever.”
