The German Embassy in Dhaka today (June 11) issued an urgent advisory warning visa applicants against fraudulent agents claiming to assist with visa processing. 

In a statement released via social media, the Embassy emphasized that it is not affiliated with any visa support agents and urged applicants to rely solely on official sources for information.

The notice cautions individuals about agents who falsely promise work permits or other visa-related documents in exchange for high fees. 

While employing visa agents is legal, the Embassy stressed that their services are not necessary and warned that visa applications submitted with false documents would be denied, with offenders being reported in the system.

For verified information on visa requirements, applicants are advised to consult the official German Embassy website or the website of VFS, its authorized service provider.

This development comes amid growing concerns over fraudulent immigration practices affecting applicants seeking international travel opportunities.
