Join banglanews in ‘Live Nat’l Anthem’

DHAKA: Banglanews24.com, country’s leading online news portal, has taken a special initiative for its readers so that they can join in the ‘Lakho Konthe Sonar Bangla’ event.

The event will be presented before the readers through ‘Live Streaming’ through which they can enjoy live video of Lakho Knothe Sonar Bangla’.

Bangladesh is ready to set a record in the Guinness Book by arranging the singing of the national anthem by 300,000 people.

Bangladesh is just a few hours away from surpassing that feat by getting a far larger body of people to sing the Bangladesh national anthem ‘Amar Sonar Bangla Ami Tomai Bhalobashi’ (My Golden Bengal, I Love You).

Banglanews is involved in the program from the very first of the event and an exclusive interview was published of Major General Chowdhury Hasan Sarwardi, general officer commanding of Nine Infantry Division.

The entry gates of National Parade Ground will remain open from 6:30am to 9:00am and if the number of people exceeds 300,000, the rest would be accommodated on Rokeya Sarani.

Besides, additional people can join in the event at Rokeya Sarani adjacent of the field.

The event will begin sharp 11:00am.

People from all walks of life including student, freedom fighter, Border Gourd Bangladesh (BGB), police Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), Ansar, VDP personnel are expected to join in the event.

Besides, BTV and some private TV channels will also broadcast the event live. Listeners will also hear the programme on Bangladesh Betar.

However, none will be allowed to carry placards, banners and festoons. They can carry umbrella.

While entering, each participant will be given a bag containing the national flag, a card with the national anthem and rules written on it, water, juice, saline and medicine for instant treatment, if necessary.

Regarding the event, banglanews24.com Editor-in-Chief Alamgir Hossain said the video streaming would be seen in the screen of banglanews for the greater interest of its readers.

He also called upon the readers to join in the program.
