COMILLA: A person and his son were killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Court Bari area of the district sadar on Thursday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Jamal Hossain, 45, his son Masud Rana, 20, residents of Sujanagar of the district sadar.
Witnesses said that a rashly driven lorry rammed into a motorcycle carrying Jamal and his son in the area around 4:00pm, leaving them dead on the spot.
On information, highway police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies.
