DHAKA: The government has approved the proposal of forming foundation for poverty alleviation with the coordination of four projects implemented by Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC).

The approval came from a regular cabinet meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Monday.

After the meeting, Cabinet secretary Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan made the disclosure.
