NARAYANGANJ: A minor was killed in a road accident in Siddhirganj area of the district on Tuesday evening.

The deceased was identified as Jishan, 7, student of Siddhirganj Government Primary School, son of Afsar Uddin of the area.

Local sources said that a truck rammed Jishan while its driver was taking a turn near to a field in the area around 6:00pm, leaving him dead on the spot.

Officer-in-Charge of Shiddhirganj Thana Abdul Matin confirmed the matter to banglanews.
