DHAKA: A worker, who sustained burn injuries in a perfume factory fire in the city, succumbed to his injuries Thursday morning.

The victim, Kabir Hoaaain, 30, was breathed his last at the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 7:15am.

Kabir sustained 85 percent burn–injuries.

Earlier on Wednesday evening, Kabir and two other – Abdul Aziz, 31, and Mofiz Uddin, 42 – were injured when a fire broke out at the factory in the Choto Katara area of Chawk Bazar of the city.
