DHAKA: A man was shot to death by unidentified miscreants in Mohammadpur area of the capital on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Anisur Rahman, 45, hailed from Mohammadpur Basila.

Sources said that locals saw the victim lying on road in the area around 7:30am. Later he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where doctors of emergency department declared him dead.
