DHAKA: At least 20 people were killed in separate incidents across the country on Sunday.

The death list includes three policemen, two workers, an engineer, women, children and others that caused in separate train and road mishaps, incidents at sea beach and more.

Three Bangladeshi were beaten to death by Indian mob in Chunurghat border of Tripura.

In Narayanganj, police recovered the beheaded bodies of two male workers of flour factory in Nataiganj area of the city.

A female police constable was killed as a truck ran over her in Naggalband area of Bandar Uapazila of the district while crossing road.

Banglanews Kolkata Correspondent reports that three Bangladeshi nationals were beaten to death in Gouranagar Majumdar area of Khpai city of Indian State of Tripura near Chunurgaht border area Sunday early.

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) confirmed the matter to banglanews.

In Thakurgaon, police recovered a body of missing schoolboy from a pond at Nonfa village of Haripur upazila in the district.

In Gazipur, a youth was killed in road accident on Kaliakair-Nabinagar highway in Chandra intersection area of Kaliakair uapazila while police recovered another body, which bore hit-marks, on Dhaka-Mymansingh highway near Barsha Cinema of Bhogra area of the city.

In Sunamganj, a man succumbed to his injuries at Syhlet GM Osmani Medical College Hospital after he sustained injuries in calashes between two groups of villagers at Kharai village of Puba Pagla Union of Dakkhin Sunamganj.

Police confirmed the death.

In Gopalganj, a passenger bus ran over a 9-year-old boy on Gopalganj-Tekerhat road in Ulpur area of Sadar upazlia, killing him on the spot.

In Satkhira, an 8-year-old minor boy was crushed under the wheel of a cattle-loaded truck at Shikroi village of Sadar upazila and died on the spot.

In Cox’s Bazar, a private university student, who was apparently on tour there, died when a speed boat hit him at Laboni point on the Cox’s Bazar sea beach.

In Siranjganj, a policeman and a pedestrian were killed when a prison van turned over on the western side conceiting road of Bangabandhu Bridge in Muladi rail crossing area of Sadar upazila.

In the capital Dhaka, an engineer was cursed under the wheel of a train in Kuril Bishw Road area while crossing road.

At Sitakunda of Chittagong, a traffic police was run over by a covered van in Fakirhat area early Sunday.

In Natore, a boy drowned in river and amnther died in road accident.

At Godagari of Rajsahi, a 65-year-old man was crushed under a speedy truck in Laskarhat area.
