DHAKA: State minister for home affairs Asaduzzaman Khan visited Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) to see the condition of fire victims of Tejgaon chemical container burst and Kamrangi Char shoe making factory.

He went to the hospital’s burnt unit Thursday night and talked to the victims. He also assured them for necessary cooperation.

Earlier on Thursday noon, a chemical container was exploded near Tejgaon Women’s College gate in city leaving 11 critically injured.

In another incident, four workers were burnt in a fire in a shoe making factory in Kamrangi Char.

Victims were admitted to Dhaka Medical hospital.
