DHAKA: The government issued directives for the students or any other group to take permission from chief of respective institution for going to study tour or excursion.

Education Ministry on Thursday issued an order signed by senior assistant secretary Shahin Akhter in this regard.

The order came after four students of Ahsanullah University drowned and two others went missing in the Bay at Saint Martins.
