Symphony customer care at Bashundhara City

DHAKA: The 40th Customer Care, Symphony Smile, was inaugurated at level 5 of Bashundahra City in the capital on Thursday, said a press release.  

M Aminur Rashid, Chairman Edison Group & Jakaria Shahid, MD, Edison Group opened the customer care.

Morshed-uz_Zaman, Head of Service, Symphony Mobile; TIM Latiful Husain, Senior Advisor to Chairman (Tech.) & In-Charge, BCDL were among others present on the occasion.

It added customer service excellence is one of the critical competitive advantages for Symphony Mobile (a brand of Edison Group).

One of the major components of that service is widest customer care (Symphony Smile) network. Symphony has the largest own customer care network for mobile handset in Bangladesh, it added.
