DHAKA: A man was killed in a road accident in Gulistan area of the capital on Sunday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Witnesses said that a speedy passenger bus rammed the man in the area around 7:30am, leaving him dead on the spot.

Confirming the matter DMP Paltan Thana Sub-Inspector Shawkat told banglanews, “The driver and supervisor, however, manaed to flee the scene.”
