DHAKA: The hajj pilgrims does not need to carry cash money from now on as the government will send pilgrim’s money with the coordination of a private bank of Saudi Arabia.        

Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Religious Affairs Bazlul Haque Harun disclosed the matter to media on Saturday noon at parliament media centre.  

He said at present hajj pilgrims carry the cash money to Saudi Arabia and it harasses the pilgrims.

Following the new agreement with Saudi Arabia Bangladeshi hajj pilgrims does not need to carry the cash money.   

Pilgrims can withdraw money from Saudi Arabia by a private bank with the coordination of Bangladesh Hajj Recruit Agency.
