DHAKA: The High Court upheld death penalty to three and acquitted one in the sensational case of 6-murder, occurred during a robbery at Pallabi area in capital in 2006.

An HC bench comprising Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice Shahidul Karim passed the order after ending hearing on appeal Sunday.

On October 13 in 2006, miscreants killed them during a robbery. A case was filed on the following day.

Later on October 26, 2008, a Dhaka court awarded four accused with death penalty.
