GAIBANDHA: Two people were killed in a road accident on Rangpur-Dhaka highway in Chandipur area under Gobindaganj upazila of the district on Monday morning.

The deceased were identified as Moslem Uddin, 70 and Alam Mia, 50.

Confirming the matter Gobindaganj Highway Officer-in-Charge Farukh Hossain told banglanews, “The accident took place in the area around 5:30am.”
