DHAKA: A man was killed as a truck ran over him at Postagola of Jurain in the capital on Monday night.  

The deceased was identified as Uzzal, 26, a microphone trader and son of Gandi Mia, resident of Tulabagicha area of West Jurain.        

Victim’s brother-in-law told that a truck hit Uzzal in Postagola Bridge intersection area at 11:00pm, leaving him critically injured.             

He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead at 12:00am.
