NARAYANGANJ: Jatiya Party lawmaker of Narayamnganj-5 constituency Nasim Osman died of a massive heart attack in an Indian hospital early Wednesday. 

Lawmaker of Narayanganj-4 constituency Shamim Osman MP, also younger brother of Nasim Osman, confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Joint office secretary of Jatiya Party Abul Hasan Ahmed Jewel told banglanews that Nasim Osman suffered from heart attack while talking to friends in Dehradun of India.

They rushed him to a local hospital where he succumbed to the attack.

Nasim Osman was elected as a lawmaker from Jatiya party in the tenth general elections.

JP chairman HM Ershad, opposition leader Raushan Ershad, secretary general of JP Zia Uddin Ahmed Bablu and opposition Chief Whip Tajul Islam Chowdhury expressed deep shock over the death.
