DHAKA: Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan on Sunday said Marine Police force is going to start its journey comprising 730 personnel primarily.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will officially inaugurate soon and all necessary activities have already been completed in this regard, he added.

The shipping minister came up with the assertion while addressing a meeting at Home Ministry in city.

State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan and high officials of the ministry were among others present at the meeting.
