NARAYANGANJ: A district court on Thursday sent three people including a woman to 3-day remand in connection with sensational seven-murder of Narayanganj.

Senior Judicial Magistrate Manowar Begum passed the order when police produced them before the court with a 10-day remand plea.

District Police Super Dr Khandaker Mohid Uddin said the journalists that they arrested the trio from Shibpur area of Narsingdi on Wednesday night.

He also said that the investigation was progressing in a satisfactory speed.

Earlier, police arrested 15 people for their alleged connection in the murders though none of the main accused including Nur Hossain and Haji M Yasin was so far arrested.
