DHAKA: The US Embassy Dhaka, including the Consular Section and the American Center with the Archer K. Blood American Center Library and the EducationUSA Student Advising Center, will be closed on Tuesday. 

The closure notice has been issued in observance Buddha Purnima, a Bangladeshi national holiday. 

But the embassy, in a press release, said emergency services for American citizens will be available.  

If necessary, anyone can call 885-5500 to speak with the duty officer, the release added.
