DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also Awami League president, said that she wants to live with dignity in the world. 

“I will not bow to anyone. I want to go forward with honesty and the ideology of the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman,” she added.

The premier commented at a discussion program on Saturday at her official residence Gana Bhaban on the occasion of her 33rd Homecoming Day.

The PM said that her identity of a daughter of the father of the nation is enough. No other identity is needed for her. She wants to do her responsibilities as a prime minister chosen by the people of the country.

The premier further said that she has no personal ambitions.

Leaders of Awami League and its associated organizations took part at the program chaired by Awami League general secretary Syed Ashraful Islam.
