RAJSHAHI: A Rajshahi court Wednesday fixed September 21 for the next hearing in the sedition case filed against 93 BDR members in the city for their part in last year’s mass mutiny.

District Judge Abdus Samad fixed the schedule as police produced the detained border guards before the District and Sessions Judge’s Court at 11:45 am.

Officer-in-charge of Boalia police station Ramjan filed the case on February 27, 2009 against the BDR men for their ‘involvement’ in the February 25-26 countrywide mutiny from their battalion headquarters in Rajshahi.
