DHAKA: The recently withdrawn top 18 officials of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-3, who were attached to the Headquarters, have been annexed to RAB-3 on Tuesday.
ATM Habibur Rahman, legal and media wing commander of RAB, confirmed the matter to banglanews on Monday.
He claimed that those 18 RAB officers were attached to Headquarters as a part of routine work.
In response to the question of the reason of their reattachment to RAB-3, ATM Habibur Rahman said, “It was necessary.”
On Friday last, the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) pulled back 18 of RAB-3 men, including a company commander to its Headquarters from Comilla.
