DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), in a drive, detained eight suspected people from Baridhara area in the city on Saturday morning.
The identity of the detainees could not be known immediately.
RAB sources said that the main planner Abid also was detained in the drive.
Confirming the matter, RAB Media Wing Deputy Director Major Rumman told banglanews, “The killers went into hiding in Dhaka after the killing of Ekramul.”
