JHENIDAH: A school teacher was killed as a rashly driven truck knocked him on Jibonnagar road at Kaliganj upazila in the district on Monday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Mofiz Uddin, 38, director of a local kindergarten school and son of one late Chand Ali, hailed from Maheshpur upazila.
Officer-in-Charge of Kaliganj Thana Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
A case has been filed with the police station, he added.
