SYLHET: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 577 bottles of Indian liquor including 50 cans beer worth TK 8 lakh from Companyganj frontier of the district early Wednesday.
A team of BGB-5 battalion recovered these liquids from Siddikpur field of the area, a press release said.
BGB sources told that those liquor were handed over to the local narcotics department.
