DHAKA: A total of 51 people were killed in different incidents, including, road crash, lightning, murder and suicide in different places on Tuesday across the country.
Twenty-five others were injured.

BHOLA: At least six people were killed and 13 others injured in a road accident on Bhola-Char Fasson road in Janata Bazar area under Char Fashion upazila of the district on Tuesday night.
KISHOREGANJ: Lightning kills one in Kishoreganj on Tuesday noon while two women got injured seriously.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Hai, 40, son of Abbas Ali, residing in the district’s Raytuti union under Itna upazila.
NAOGAON: Road crash killed an aged woman early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Sazeda, 70.
Witness said that a motorcycle knocked her down while crossing Naogaon-Dhamairhat road at Najipur under Patnitala upazila.
MOULVIBAZAR: A youth allegedly committed suicide in Mostafapur village of Moulvibazar Sadar upazila around 12:00pm.
The deceased was identified as Manan Ali, 28, residing in that village.
Confirming the matter to banglanews local police said that his body has been sent to the Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
GAIBANDHA: Road crash killed a minor on Tuesday noon.
The deceased was identified as Misty, 7.
Witness said that a rashly driven bus knocked her down while crossing Rangpur-Dhaka highway at Ekbarpur under Sadullahpur upazila.
The bus was overtaking a Bogra-bound truck at that time, they added. At least 10 passengers were injured at that time.
TANGAIL: Two unidentified youths died in road and train accidents in Tangail while miscreants killed a businessman.
A youth of around 27-years old died at Kalihati of the district in the noon over falling from the roof of a running bus.
Witness said that he was travelling to a northern district.
Earlier, Dhaka-bound Silkcity Express knocked another unidentified boy, 16 at Gharinda rail crossing under Sadar upazila.
On the other hand, miscreants killed a businessman at Aviram village of Bashtoil union under Mirzapur upazila on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Anisur Rahman, 35.
Police recovered his body on Tuesday morning.
RAJSHAHI: A motorcyclist was killed in Godagari of the district.
The deceased was identified as Sasti Shanto Karmakar, 30.
Witness said that a rashly driven truck knocked him down while going to office, leaving him seriously injured.
Later, duty doctors pronounced him dead after taking to the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
DHAKA: Two persons including a housewife were killed in a road accident in Demra area of the city on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Tahmina Khuki, 34 and her grand father-in-law Kabir Khan, 90.
NETROKONA: A youth was electrocuted in Amli village under Sadar upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Hossain Mia, 25.
GAZIPUR: A kindergarten girl of 5 years old was killed when a rashly driven car knocked her down on Tuesday noon in Tangi of the district.
Earlier, Shahidul Alam, a court official was slaughtered by miscreants in Rajdighirpar area.
RANGPUR: Three persons were killed in a bus-truck collision in Madarganj area under Pirganj upazila of the district on early Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Abul Hossain, 28, Sekendar, 25 and Ismail, 35.
BARGUNA: A housewife allegedly committed suicide in Taltali of the district while police recovered another body from that area earlier.
She was identified as Sonia, 18.
Earlier, police recovered the body of Abu Saleh, 27, from that area.
CHAPAINAWABGANJ: Six people including, a mother and her three-year old son, died as lightning hit in Sadar, Shibganj and Gostapur upazilas separately during storms on Monday night.
SYLHET: Three children of a family were died in sleep after a wall of Sylhet Divisional Stadium collapsed to ground in Lakkatura area following heavy rain on early Tuesday.
NOAKHALI: Miscreants slaughtered a Juba League activist in Muhibpur area under Begumganj upazila on Monday night.
Three people including an eight-year-old boy were killed in separate road accidents in Senbagh area and Gilabaria of Begumganj upazila.
In Noakhali municipality area, a man was electrocuted while repairing an eclectic motor in Mogua village.
BRAHMANBARIA: A construction worker was crushed under the wheel of Dhaka-bound Kalni Express train in Titas Rail Bridge area of Sadar upazila.
JHALKALTHI: A youth died and five others of a family fell sick after they ate poisonous blowfishes.
At Nalchiti upazila, two people including a child were run over by a BRTC bus on Barisal-Jhalkalthi highway at 8:45am.
JAMALPUR: Police recovered a hanging body of a college student at his residence in Golapbagh area of Pourashava of the district.
CHUADANGA: An unidentified youth was crushed under the wheel of Dhaka-bound Maitree Express near the district rail station at 2:00pm.
JESSORE: A newly married couple committed suicide together in Norsighpur under Bagharpara upazila as their family dissatisfied over their marriage.
MANIKGANJ: A eight-year-old boy was run over by a truck in Baicahil village of Sadar upazila.
JHINEDHA: Miscreants shot dead an Awami League activist in Mukta Rampur area under Sadar upazila.
LAKSHAMPUR: A teenage boy was killed in road accident in Kamalnagar of the district.
